Reviews![]() - Mayra Baligad, Owner & Founder of Monkeyhouse Toys "A beautifully illustrated book that would make a spectacular animated film. Alina uses her animation background to breath life into every illustration." - Thomas E. Richner, Associate Professor of Animation at The Columbus College of Art and Design, former Layout Artist and Timer on The Simpsons "The story and illustrations are awesome! I love the style of the characters. The smoke and fire have a life unto their own. The vibrant watercolors contrasted against the pure white backgrounds makes for some really interesting compositions. The moral of the story is nicely told with great illustrations. I think kids would really like this book." - David Kury, Producer at LucasArts "A beautifully illustrated mythical adventure filled with fun and magic for young kids. The vibrant characters and creatures pop out of the pages and fill your imaginations. My kids loved it!" - Sunil Thankamushy, Creative Director, DEEPBLUE Worlds Inc. |

Some brush strokes and scenes are reminiscent of Chinese brush painting, and little surprises, such as a resting tiger counting sheep in Chinese, add mysticism and charm. The Year of the Sheep is cause for celebration, especially for fans of the series." - Kirkus Reviews |
