Immedium books are available at your local bookstore. If you do not see our titles on the aisle shelf, please ask the store manager to order a copy for you. Find your local independent bookstore by typing in your zip code at www.booksense.com. IndividualsYou are welcome to order books directly from us as well. By mail, we accept money orders or personal checks (which will take one week to clear).Shipping and handling is $3.95 per book (USPS media mail) for US residents. Sales tax applies to readers in California (8.5% for San Francisco residents, 7.25% for all others in California). Send the total amount to: Immedium P.O. Box 31846 San Francisco, CA 94131 Purchases may be made online via PayPal (you may pay with a qualified account or credit card). Select the book and quantity you would like, and follow the steps in the check out process. Non-US customers must pay extra postage. Please click the button below to add your shipping costs. All prices in USD. Canadian customers will pay $23.40. Customers from all other countries should pay a total of $28.75 for Airmail (1 week). For multiple copies, you need to add the same quantity for extra shipping (ex. 2 copies requires 2 "QTY" for International Shipping). Note: PayPal charges us a 2% fixed fee for international currency refunds. Therefore, if you don't add international shipping, and later ask for a refund, we can only refund you 98% of your purchase.

RetailersWe are pleased to provide books to resellers and to the wholesalers who service them. To purchase directly, your company must be either:- a retailer whose sales are primarily non-book items or - mailorder or catalog - and you should be ready to grow your business with us! A company with a current reseller license may open a new account: please be prepared to prepay your first order (including the necessary freight costs). Start by downloading a credit application, filling out the form completely, and sending it back to us. These sales are non-returnable. You may view our Retail Discount schedule here. To view this document, you need to download the Acrobat Reader software. Wholesalers are welcome to contact us directly to establish a long-term relationship. Group UseOrganizations, who wish to order larger quanitities of books for non-commercial or charitable purposes, may purchase them from Immedium directly at special rates. Please email us the following information:- organization name - title desired - quantity desired - purpose for books (charity, company use, book club, etc.) PoliciesFor those of you who like the fine print, here it is. Books sold directly by Immedium are non-returnable. Individual copies may be exchangeable only if there is an obvious manufacturing defect in printing - in that case, customers may request a replacement. If Immedium approves this request, the customer may ship the book back to Immedium at their own cost and include a $3 shipping fee for the replacement copy. |
